Not-So-Speedy Dressage
From Endurance to Dressage
No, it's not his birthday, but it has been four whole years since Speedy G joined my little family. Where does the time go? I've written about each of my horses. Except him. Even Sydney has had his story told and he's only been with me since July. There's no offense meant, Speedy G. I'm working on it, and your story will be ready soon. Hopefully by January.
It's not as though I don't have the time, obviously I do as I write a blog post daily. Writing the story of each horse's life with me has been difficult because there is too much to be said. I could write thousands of words for each one, but no one wants to read about every experience. So, I write, and I edit, and edit some more. Even with the multiple edits, each story has turned out to be rather voluminous. Speedy's is looking to be so as well. In any case, won't you raise a glass and join me in toasting my Speedy pony? Here's to many more, Dude! Click photos for captions and larger view.

Kelly RGF and Val - thanks ladies. He may be a goofy dude, but he's my goofy dude. A mom can love anybody! He's done a lot of growing up in the last few years. Hopefully by ten or so he'll be all "growed up!" 12/10/2011 12:58:37 am
Aww! He's come such a long way. Happy "Gotcha Day" to you both!
