Not-So-Speedy Dressage
From Endurance to Dressage
I've written about my compulsion to buy breeches. I swore, swore to myself, that I WOULD NOT buy another pair until at least summer. I have twenty-two pair already. Granted I don't really wear all twenty-two pair, but still. Who needs that many?! And then this morning, just five minutes ago, this was in my email's inbox. Damn you, SmartPak!!! How do they know this stuff? I couldn't resist. And as I sit here and type, I'm a little ticked at myself because I was committed to resist all of the amazing Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals that came through my inbox. I don't need anything, so I was resisting being swept up in the BUY BUY BUY attitude that is so pervasive in our society at this time of year.
I failed. But you have to admit that with free barn shipping and my USEF discount, getting a nice pair of breeches for $37.98, less than the advertised price, is a really tough deal to pass up. If you're interested, the deal is for today only, while supplies last. Aw well, what's another $38.00? 12/4/2014 09:17:29 am
I just bought three pairs last month too, but they still suckered me in! Now I REALLY want a black pair!!!!!!! :0)

If I were a Piper wearer, I wouldn't have been able to resist either! 12/4/2014 09:18:34 am
No worries. You're "can't resist" sale will no doubt pop up soon. :0) 12/4/2014 09:24:04 am
As my BFF would say: what do you want? Do I talk you into it or talk you out of it? Because of HER, I now school in a pair of Ariat Volants. She can be very persuasive. :0) Comments are closed.
