Not-So-Speedy Dressage
From Endurance to Dressage
For those of you interested in participating in USDF's "L" program, the Ventura County Chapter of the California Dressage Society will be hosting an event beginning in November. Contact Maria Fogel if you are interested. Seriously. Wouldn't this be a great opportunity? Even auditing would be a valuable learning experience. I've seen Axel Steiner at Horse Expo and thought he was fabulous. I am keeping this date on my calendar. You never know ...
Oh man this is so frustrating! I really wanted to do the L program this year and this one is IN California but after TC's suspensory I dunno if I can/should swing it financially :/ we'll have to see... It's one of the cheaper programs I think, I remember seeing one for 2-3k if my memory serves me right. Granted this doesn't seem to include the test but I can fly out to that. 8/12/2016 06:00:25 am
I don't know how often you make it down this way, but El Sueno is also a nice facility - it's one of my favorite places to show. My trainer's assistant completed the L program a year or so so ago, and since she's pretty young/broke, I am pretty sure she did it in California as well. Maybe there are more opportunities for the program here than one would think. Comments are closed.
