Not-So-Speedy Dressage
From Endurance to Dressage
PDM, the local Hunter/Jumper barn, held one of its shows this weekend. Several of JL's students like to show there so I always go when I can. It's fun to see everyone dressed up, and I know they work just as hard as I do so I like to cheer them on. I am also a good boot polisher, horse holder, and all around gopher. I didn't end up being any help this time, however, as I only stayed a half an hour. A terrible wind storm rolled in just as the gals were getting ready to ride their ticketed rounds. I watched JK and TK (no relation) do one round each, and then I was out of there!

She likes him a lot and is doing well. Every previous owner wants to hear those words! Thanks. :0)

Fun to watch, but I haven't felt the need to participate ... yet!

We probably could, but I don't know how much fun I'd have. Even trot poles make me nervous! I am so afraid that my horses is going to fall over the poles, crash through the poles, or launch me at the poles! Jumping requires a lot of trust! Comments are closed.
