Not-So-Speedy Dressage
From Endurance to Dressage
There are some really great companies out there that actually care about customer service. I found out this weekend that C4 Belts is one them. I've ordered from them several times before and never had a problem, but on Friday, their website had a glitch. I shared their promo code in Friday's post, but was disappointed when it didn't work. I was certain they would get the issue fixed before the code expired, and I was right. Here's the response I got when I emailed the company about the wonky promo code. Nothing cements my loyalty to a company faster than friendly customer service. I am certain that C4 Belts was scrambling all morning to get the issue fixed, but even so, someone took the time to personally answer my email. That's how all companies should treat their customers. As a result, two new C4 Belts are on their way to Bakersfield, but they won't be the last! I have at least four turquoise riding shirts and two pairs of breeches with blue-green coloring. I don't even like turquoise that much, so how did that happen? In any case, the belt will tie all that blue and green together perfectly! I can't even count how many pink shirts I have. I understand the numerous pink riding tops though. I like pink and buy it every chance I get. I have long sleeves, short sleeves, and sleeveless tops in pink. I even have pink trimmed breeches. Why did I get an orange belt before the pink one? No explanation, but this lovely belt should be here soon.
If you haven't tried a C4 Belt yet, you really should. They're fun, and you can get just about any image on the belt you'd like. Right now, I have an orange belt (love it, but it's weird!), a navy plaid, a tan plaid, and the California Flag print (my all time favorite and the one I wear most often). To my disappointment, I missed the limited edition sugar skulls belt, but if they bring that one back, I am ordering it no matter what it costs! Were you able to take advantage of this weekend's BOGO sale? If so, what did you get?

I ordered my first two thanks to your heads up! I couldn't get the website to work all Friday, but on Saturday I was able to get what I wanted. Excited for them to get here! 4/10/2017 07:22:01 am
Which ones did you get?!?!? Mine were supposed to be delivered on Friday, but something's up with the mail as they still haven't arrived (it's Sunday). Comments are closed.
