Not-So-Speedy Dressage
From Endurance to Dressage
My mom sent me a gift card for the Riding Warehouse. It didn't take me too long to use it up. She loves to buy me horse stuff, so she was a bit peeved that I didn't publish a Dear Santa post this year. She gets gift ideas from my blog, but since I didn't do a wish list this year, she had no idea what to get me for my birthday. No worries, Mom. The gift card worked quite well. Thanks! Besides the always necessary Mane 'N Tail, saddle cleaning/conditioning products, and sheath cleaner, I splurged on a new pair of DSB boots and the Goode Rider ruffle front shirt that I wanted back in the fall. Sometimes it's hard to buy this kind of stuff when it's your money.
Sheath cleaner, really?! Since it wasn't really my money, I tossed it in the cart. It made me feel kind of rich, actually. I usually have to space those kinds of things out. A little sheath cleaner here, some Mane 'N Tail there. But for this order, I threw it all in the cart and let someone else pay for it! The boots look super cute on Speedy - sorry there is no photo, and I can't wait to wear the shirt without needing a stock tie. I am not particularly looking forward to using the leather care products and the sheath cleaner, but it's nice to have my supply re-stocked. It was a great birthday gift, Mom. Thanks!
